    Who gets a mentor?
    Direct member of SBTA or supplier (associate member). Maybe you have a new job or are new to the association.

    Who is a mentor?
    The mentor should be matched according to the new member's needs and experience. Board members in the first instance, but also others who wish (e.g. Global Network and Public Sector) The SBTA General Manager manages the allocation of mentors in consultation with the Board.

    Role of mentors
    Provide support and guidance by sharing experiences and knowledge. Coaching and providing feedback. Open to the SBTA network
